Legal basis and purpose of the processing of personal data:

a) Playsonic's right to process the customer's personal data is mainly based on an agreement between Playsonic and the customer, such as an order for a product or service. The processing of personal data is also based on the legitimate interest generated by the customer relationship. Personal data may also be processed with consent.

b) Playsonic processes customers' personal data for purposes in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Act, such as customer relationship management, billing and marketing of products / services, including direct mail, distance selling and other direct marketing, and market and opinion research, subject to customer consent.

Why do we process your data?

Playsonic collects personal information mainly from the customer himself, for example when the customer orders a product or service.
